It’s almost here! MINECONis arriving this weekend and from July 4-5, players of all ages and from all corners of the globe will gather in London to celebrate Minecraft and its community. MINECON 2015 is shaping up to be the biggest MINECON yet with Minecraft-related discussion panels, gameplay sessions, keynote speeches from members of the community, building contests, costume contests, and many more exhibits. The team at Mojang invites you to tune in to the show throughout the weekend via the official livestream, which will be hosted on Xbox One and Xbox 360 through the Twitch app and on Twitch.tv.

Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft dueled it out two weekends ago at E3 to determine the biggest name in gaming. But audience data shows that the real winner was streaming giant Twitch, which announced today it again broke streaming records over the expo weekend.
With more than 21 million unique viewers and 11 million total hours watched, Twitch’s five-day event coverage more than doubled from the previous year.
